The promise.
Every product carries warranty. No asterisks. No exclusions for normal use. No fine print designed to deny you.
Every product comes with a minimum one-year warranty. Some categories carry longer cover — we disclose the exact term on each product page.
Service for the life of the product. If you bought it from us, we will repair it — even after the warranty has ended. Parts at cost. Labour, included.
Warranty travels with the product, not the buyer. If you sell the unit, give it away, or pass it down — warranty transfers automatically.
What is covered.
- Manufacturer defects of any kind, at any time within the warranty period.
- Component failures from normal household use — compressors, motors, control boards, panels.
- Wear of parts we have designated as covered (we list these per-product, plainly).
- Failures caused by power surges, brown-outs, and erratic mains supply — common in Myanmar, and our problem to absorb.
What is not covered.
- Damage caused by attempted repair by a non-authorized technician. Call us first, every time.
- Damage caused by flood, fire, or natural disaster. We can often help anyway — ask.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect function. Scratches will not get the unit replaced.
- Loss of stored items (food spoilage, etc.) when an appliance fails. We refund and replace the appliance — but we cannot refund the rice.
How to claim.

Call us.
Any showroom number. Any time during opening hours. Tell us the product and what is happening.

We come.
For appliances that cannot travel — refrigerators, washing machines, ACs — we send a technician to you. No charge.

We decide.
Within 48 hours of diagnosis, we will tell you what we are doing: repair on site, repair at workshop, replace, or refund. You choose the timing.

We finish.
Most claims close within seven days of the first call. Complex cases — replacements that need importing — close within 30. We will not leave you hanging.
